Jacob and Kari Prosser Wedding

I love weddings where the whole family is involved. Family was definitely the theme of this wedding! Aunts, uncles, family members, and just good friends all came together to make this event happen. You can feel the love wrapped in every detail and tell how close the family is. The Pastor was the bride’s uncle and he also made the pilau aka chicken bog. Everyone knows a good southern wedding needs chicken bog. I really try to capture those special details because those are the things that most brides put the most time into. Sentimental details always get me too like heirloom gifts. This bride had her grandmother’s bible that was used to marry them and she even put out little army men so you could take one and remember to pray for her brother in-law that is in the army. I can feel the tears welling up now! Thank you Kari and Jacob for letting me be a part of this big moment in your life.

Such a beautiful outdoor wedding. Jacob I hope all of my grandchildren can do as well as you have done in selecting a mate. Khari I love you.
