Rollins and Justin Welch Wedding

There’s something so refreshing and exciting about a new year! It’s like you turn a new page and everything is blank and ready to be filled with the adventures to come! Yesterday kicked off the first wedding of 2017! I felt very blessed to have a wedding in January because normally the wedding season doesn’t really get underway until spring. This was a great one to begin the year with. I got to shoot a very sweet couple who were just so apparently in love with each other. A lot of thought and sentiment went into this wedding from the church to the table arrangements, and reception decorations. Even small details like a handkerchief underneath her dress weren’t overlooked so that no sweet memory would be forgotten. I had to hold back a few tears as the bride’s daddy officiated the ceremony. I don’t know how he did it without breaking down in tears himself, but he held it together and performed a heartfelt ceremony for his baby girl. It was a beautiful wedding and such a great way to start 2017! I am so grateful to have been a part of it all!
