Lindsey and John Gathings Wedding

Sometimes it’s a good thing to bend your own rules. I had finished all my weddings for the 2019 year and this sweet bride contacted me and asked me could I pretty please photograph one more. I’m so glad I gave in and decided to shoot Lindsey and John’s wedding. It was so worth it. Lindsey was a beautiful bride both inside and out. Everything fell right into the place for her and John to get married. They had been engaged for a while and they finally wanted to make everything official before family and friends and before Christmas got here. There was nothing but love floating around that day. I love shooting weddings around the area that I live because I get to attach such sweet memories to them and then when I visit them again all those sentimental moments come flooding back. The church where I got married isn’t anything spectacular to the outside eye but every time I drive by there or get to photograph another wedding there I get to think back to Casey’s and my sweet beginnings and I get to say a little prayer that the bride and groom I am photographing will have wonderful memories of their beginnings there as well. Thank you Lindsey and John for including me in your special day and being such a great ending to the year.
