Keith and Megan Brown Wedding

This wedding season has been a little crazy but it’s been so good. Every couple that trusts me with their wedding photographs is blessing me and my family. And God blesses me with some great couples. Megan and Keith were no exception. Megan walked into my studio to talk to me about shooting her wedding and we were joking around and she said she picked me to be her wedding photographer because of string beans! She was looking at all my work and she loved everything and she told her cousin, “If Devon can shoot string beans and make them look good then she can shoot anything and make it look good.” I know a lot of times people think I’m crazy when I’m over there shooting the food but I do that because the wedding can be a blur for couples and they don’t get to see everything about their wedding and they’ve worked so hard on the smallest details and I want to capture that for them. Something that stood out about Keith and Megan’s wedding was her dress. Megan did not wear the typical white wedding dress. Instead, she had a light pink wedding dress! Pink has always been her favorite color and she wanted something different for her wedding and she said she fell in love with it at first sight. The building they got married in had a beautiful staircase and as she was walking down to meet her groom with her daddy by her side it all reminded me of Cinderella walking down the stairs to meet Prince Charming.
